The bench scraper is purpose-built for scraping and sweeping off your work surface. Perfect for removing clay, wood shavings, flour, or sandwich crumbs. Helpful when portioning clay or dough. Apple sourced from Sage’s property.
Every scraper is made from an individual branch, which varies in shape and features. You will receive an entirely unique tool, no two are alike.
Choose from: torched or raw surface treatment.
Blade: 6” long x 4” wide—measurements are approximate
Wipe clean after use. Never place in dishwasher. Do not leave submerged in water. Once fully dry, re-apply oil as needed to preserve wood and maintain luster.
You will receive your chosen surface treatment, either raw or torched. Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests for selecting individual units.

All H+F wooden items are made from fallen or salvaged Oregon hardwood. This means every bench scraper is entirely individual, bearing its own unique figuring, knots, texture, and grain.
Always remove your tools from your water bucket after use. (We’ve all left a rib or two floating in the throwing bucket, it happens.)
Rinse everything well / wipe them dry.
Allow your tools to air dry.
Lightly sand the wood + reapply beeswax or board butter (available at your local hardware store), on occasion.
