This piece has a repair done on its foot, where some glaze got stuck to the kiln shelf and cracked the ceramic. This repair is barely noticeable. A small “pit” formed near the bottom on the outside surface of the pot as organic material burned out during the firing process. This does not affect functionality. We don’t view these marks as flaws, but simply as a result of the materials and part of the history of the piece. The price reflects these imperfections.
