Hand Building a Mug | $15 Donation

$15.00

This is a video demonstration of making a hand built mug. This video will cover the basics of preparing a slab, making a handle, cutting, and assembling a slab mug.

For this demo around 5 pounds of clay, a cutting tool/needle tool, a straight edge or ruler, a rolling pin, a tool for scoring such as a needle tool or serrated rib, a brayer/rolling tool, and a sponge will come in handy. Other tools can be used in place of these items, feel free to get creative.

In order to make these demos widely available, we are offering pay-what-you-can donation amounts. This is a $20 donation and will cover the exact same content as the $10 and $20 “Hand Building a Mug” videos.

If you enjoy this demo and would like to contribute more, you can do so via PayPal @handandfire.

***IMPORTANT: Immediately after purchase, a .pdf file will be sent to your associated email. This .pdf includes the video/password to access it, a tool list, instructions, and the video transcription. The email link will expire after 24 hours, so the .pdf must be saved immediately for you to be able to continuously access the demo.***
